Ms. Grace Karuhanga is the Head of Legal & Company Secretary, at Quality Chemical Industries Limited. Ms. Karuhanga has extensive experience of over 15 years in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
In her role, she is responsible for providing strategic legal advice to the Board and Executive Management, overseeing the Company's legal and regulatory affairs, and supporting the Board in fulfilling its corporate governance obligations in line with applicable laws and stock exchange listing requirements.
She also serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors and its Committees, ensuring the effective administration of Board processes and the maintenance of high governance standards across the Company.
Ms. Karuhanga is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, Master's in Law and Master's in Business Administration. She has worked in senior legal and governance roles within the Banking sector, Microfinance Institution and Government.
